Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine (Department of Higher Education)  is governmental institution responsible for creation the national policy in higher education, coordinating the Ukrainian universities activities and determination of national education priorities, accreditation of new specialities, dissemination of educational innovations.

These tasks correspond to the project objective and can be carried out properly in cooperation with staff of partner Ukrainian Universities. Department of Higher Education will participates in development of qualification requirements to new curricula in Educational Measurements, accreditation of new specialities, expert evaluation of created teaching materials. It will play a key role in implementation principles of Bologna process and European Credit Transfer System in Ukrainian higher schools. Department of Higher Education will be responsible for quality control and monitoring of curricula development and implementation of new specialities as well as for dissemination of best teaching know-how to wide range of Ukrainian Universities.
