Helsinki University of Technology
Helsinki University of Technology has 4 faculties, about 2000 researchers and teachers, 15000 students including about 2800 PhD students. The university has a great experience in the development of Internet based method of testing, and quality assurance methodologies. It will provide all its experience about the re-training of UKR lecturers, expert advices in the use of semi-distance education tools and methods of educational measurements. It will also provide support in preparation of curricula and relevant teaching materials for the organization of courses for the students in line with the principles of Bologna process The university will also provide expert advices in the development of training programmes, take part in quality control and in dissemination activities.
