The Specialization "Educational Measurements" in Kirovograd Pedagogical University |

In Kirovograd Pedagogical University training on the specialization "Educational measurements" is carrying out in obedience to a curriculum, the syllabus of all disciplines, which are included in the program of studies of bachelor, are ratified: “Introduction to Pedagogical Measurement and Quality Monitoring in Education”; “Basics of Pedagogical Assessment and Evaluation”; “Mathematical and Statistical Methods in Educational Measurements”; "Computer technologies in testing"; "Statistical Software”; “Sampling Observation in Psychology and Pedagogy”.
The group of third-year students of pedagogical specialities of Physical and Mathematical Faculty expressed a desire to get additional specialization the "Educational measurements" was formed. In 2009-2010 school year three educational courses “Introduction to Pedagogical Measurement and Quality Monitoring in Education” (associate professor Rezina О. V.), “Mathematical and Statistical Methods in Educational Measurements” (professor Avramenko О.VВ.) and “Basics of Pedagogical Assessment and Evaluation” (associate professor Lutchenko L. І.) are introduced.
In addition, the syllabus of educational courses "Discrete mathematics", "Probability and mathematical statistics" and "Informatics" for students of pedagogical specialities of "Mathematics " and "Physics" were upgraded. And an educational course "Statistical Software", which the future specialists of the educational measuring will listen in a next year, was developed for the fourth-year students of speciality of "Statistics". The text-book Lupan I.V., Avramenko O.V. “Statistical Software” was published in accordance with the program of this course with support from the project of TEMPUS
