INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE
“EDUCATIONAL MEASUREMENTS IN INFORMATION SOCIETY”
26 - 29 MAY 2010, KYIV (UKRAINE)
International Scientific and Practical Conference “Educational Measurements in Information Society” will be held in Kyiv (Ukraine) on 26 – 30 May 2010 (26 May is the arrival day). It will be organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (Institute of Informatics), Nizhyn State Mykola Gogol University, Kirovograd State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vinnichenko, the Mälardalen University (Sweden), Helsinki University of Technology (Finland), the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (Italy), the University of Cologne (Germany), Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna.
Conference will be organized in the frame of the EU Tempus Project "Educational Measurements Adapted to EU Standards" and in connection with the 175th Anniversary of the

Abstracts (Microsoft Word file, title of the communication, author(s), affiliation, text of abstract, references, 1 page) should be sent by e-mail to the addresses: odb@univ.kiev.ua (O.D. Borysenko) and vpsergienko@npu.edu.ua (V.P. Sergienko) before February 1, 2010. Proceedings of the Conference are supposed to be published before the beginning of Conference as a separate issue of the journal “Scientific Journal of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. Series 5. Pedagogical Sciences: Reality and Perspectives”. A template for papers is available at the website of the Tempus project “Educational Measurements Adapted to EU Standards”: http://fm.ndu.edu.ua. The deadline for submission of papers - March 15, 2010.
Lecturers from universities, representatives of governmental educational institutions, centers of independent external evaluation, and researchers in the field of educational measurements are invited to take part in the conference. During the Conference, experts in the area of educational measurements will deliver lectures, present communications and exchange experiences at special round tables.
