International Workshop "Training of Young Teachers and PhD Students in Educational Measurement" |

On May 11-14 2011 Kirovograd State Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko the Workshop "Training of Young Teachers and PhD Students in Educational Measurement" was held.
The workshop brought together students and young researchers in the field of educational measurement, and representatives of independent testing centers, researchers in the field of educational measurement that had an opportunity to hear lectures from experts of educational measurement, and to make short messages and share experiences. Organizers have identified the following themes: educational measurement in the context of improving the quality of education, theoretical foundations of educational measurement, the best practices of designing and administering educational tests, and problems of teaching disciplines of "Educational Measurement", information technology in teacher testing.
